Abstract
In order to succeed in any legal process, it is necessary to be able not only to correctly formulate opinions but also to prove them. In tax proceedings, the burden of proof is greatly shifted to the taxpayer.
That is why it is good for taxpayer to know the different methods of evidence. The article deals in detail with evidence ((in tax proceedings) through witness testimony.
