Lately, the sharing economy, which includes accommodation arrangement services, is the featured term. The connection between local fees and accommodation arrangement services is in this paper demonstrated on two samples of these services - Airbnb and Couchsurfing.
Such services are specific by being used for offering the accommodations by quartermasters who remain unknown to the authorities, because they are not operating a hotel or any other mass accommodation facility. Therefore, the article focuses on methods, which can be used by a fee administrator to get information on the provided accommodation from the provider, no matter if the provider is based in the Czech Republic or abroad.
