Abstract
Reorganization is a way of solving the debtor's bankruptcy, in which the borrower can continue to do business, but only within the limits of the socalled. Reorganization plan, which focuses mainly on the recovery of the debtor's business and the settlement of mutual relations between the debtor and its creditors.
Correlative relationships between the entities cited above, however, found throughout the insolvency proceedings. Decision on approval of reorganization suspending duties of general Thunder-dy or meetings of members of the debtor and the place of the general meeting or meetings of members of the debtor decides on the scope of the bankruptcy trustee.
