Publication at Faculty of Law |
2017

Abstract

In the wake of the recent financial crisis, regulators all around the world had been trying to come up with a final solution to ward off not only the too-big-to-fail phenomena. As a result, thousands of pages have been adopted and are to be followed in the EU - US jurisdiction.

The paper will be comparing the EU and the US approach, going over those efforts assessing whether regulators have already crossed the line of having a tenable and reasonable legislation and legal environment.
