The case of very premature twins with cystic fibrosis

Abstract

Here we report a rare case of very premature twins affected by cystic fibrosis born at 27 weeks of pregnancy. This case is a diagnostic and therapeutic chalenge.

We reviewed the literature related to diagnostic workup, differentilal diagnosis and management in newborns.
