Abstract
The article is focused on a financial law as a branch of law, which is respected as one of traditional public law branches, and its subject and sub-branches. The main interest is put on legal regulation that is call as a financial market law in the Czech Republic.
Moreover, the author deals with actual possible division of financial law branch of law into the financial system law sub-branch of law. Furthermore, the term of financial system itself is defined there as well.
