Since the entry into force of the Act on the Criminal Liability of Legal Persons on 1 January 2012, which introduced the so-called "real" liability of legal persons for criminal offenses in the Czech Republic, more than four years have elapsed. Between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2015, the courts decided more than 100 accusations.
This article is intended to provide an overview of the four years of application of this law. To this end, all accessible court decisions were recorded and analyzed in order to examine developments within the jurisprudence.
