Abstract
Arrhythmias are a common problem in the critically ill and they can have significant effects on patient outcome. Their management requires a structured approach, rapid diagnosis and correct treatment.
We present a framework for the appropriate management of the most frequently encountered tachyarrhythmia in critical care.
