Abstract
The book is devoted to the issue of investment services and the regulation of their provision. Its aim is, besides answering of basic theoretical questions, to find solutions to questions and problems arising from the practical application of the legal regulation of investment intermediation, respectively the provision of the investment service reception and transmission of orders on investment financial and investment advice.
For both investment services, the book reflects the current approach of legal theory, supervisory authority, case law and practice. Although the book focuses primarily on the reality of the legal order of the Czech Republic, the Union context of the presented issues, including the changes to EU law (MiFID II), which particularly affect the area of providing investment advice, is not neglected.
The book contains a comparative view of some questions as well.
