Abstract
TNF-alpha blockers are highly effective in the treatment of axillary spondyloarthritis. TNF-alpha inhibition positively affects disease activity, axial and peripheral musculoskeletal symptoms as well as extra-articular manifestations of the disease.
The authors of the study sought to evaluate the results of long-term monitoring of the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) by TNF-alpha adalimumab blocker (ADA) as part of patient monitoring in the Czech National Register of ATTA.
