Public procurement and systemic corruption: court cases in the Czech Republic

Abstract

This paper deals with the problem of systemic corruption in the public procurement in the Czech Republic and proposes new methodological possibilities of exploration through the court cases analysis. The paper gives an example of David Rath and his accomplices and verifies occurence of significant systemic corruption signs set in the author's previous research.
