Building Law: Protection of Property and Other Rights Affected by Construction

Abstract

The article concerns with the protection of rights affected by construction during the permitting process. It analyses the substantive and procedural standards laid down by the building law to protect property right and other rights of persons affected by construction, such as right to protection of health, right to healthy environment or right to respect for private and family life.

The intended aim of this article is to draw attention to weaknesses of legal regulation.
