Critical Remarks to Contemporary Classification of State and Government Forms

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to look critically at the current classification of forms of state and forms of government. For this purpose, there are defined basic concepts, the definition of which serves as a background to concepts form of state and form of government.

The paper briefly outlines the genesis and development of the concept of both concepts. Finally, the paper tries to identify possible reason for mixing these concepts.
