Variations in the standard language norms in contemporary legal texts

Abstract

The paper concerns with a genre of the legal texts and its language characteristics. It is focused on typical language strategies, mainly those which do not agree with the standard norms of Czech and which may cause incomprehension or multiple meaning.

The paper refers to several common mistakes from the orthography, grammar and the text stylization.
