Abstract
Psoriatic arthritis is a complex disease, affecting a variety of structures of the musculoskeletal, as well as other body systems. Recently the new therapeutic options increased, and a number of promising drugs is in clinical trials.
The work gives an overview of treatment options in a hierarchical fashion, including drugs that are likely to appear on the market in the near future. Arrangement corresponds with the current recommendations of the EULAR and Czech Rheumatological society.
