Abstract
The lecture presented differences across culture in leadership. The aim of this presentation was to show differences in transformational and transactional leadership in collectivist cultures and individualistic culture.
Lecture engaged with another issue, which type of this leadership, manager use more in collectivist and individualistic culture. This lecture considered how much the leadership depends on individual differences of managers.
