Detriment on health of non property origin in relation to the affected one's personality

Abstract

The paper is dealing with diagnostic difficulties in connection with compensation proceedings as presented by two revisional expert reports. In authors' opinion the diagnosis of posttraumatic stress disorder should not be used in the cases missing the signs typical for this disorder.
