Abstract

International Market Selection (IMS) is the process of processing and evaluating information, leading to a decision which foreign markets is an appropriate target for the international development of the entity; and how it is appropriate to enter these markets. In other words, IMS is the process of setting benchmarks for market selection, exploring their market potential, categorizing them based on predefined criteria, and then deciding which markets to focus first and which is beneficial for further development.
