Abstract
This publication is a commentary on the United Nations Convention on Contract for the International Sales of Goods concluded 1980 in Vienna. This international treaty is nowadays the most important vehicle in the field of international business.
It embraces over 80 states and can be considered an international code of a business. The commentary reflects the case law of national courts and arbitration tribunals and pays attention to its development.
It reflects also the textbooks and commentaries of a main commentators worldwide.
