Abstrakt

The reviewed book is an extensive commentary on the crime of aggression as it exists both in customary and treaty international law. In 2010 the review conference of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court adopted a new definition of the crime of aggression and it was activated at the end of 2017 by the Assembly of State Parties as to the middle of 2018.

As such the reviewed book describes a highly current issue.
