The aim of this work was to find out the clinical usability of the Cognitive application in hospitalized patients in the subacute phase after stroke in terms of the occupational therapy. Six case studies have been worked out.

The data from the objective input and control evaluations have been also statistically processed. The research showed that the Cognitive application is clinically usable in occupational therapy.

It would be appropriate to include more variable game elements, which are necessary for the individual setting of the occupational intervention. There is also the potential of further research.
