Abstract
This chapter deals with subsidiary action, which is an institution that is not current Czech penal process known but the future is considered by the legislative basis. In this context, attention is paid, among other things, to the criminal substantive law relationship that applies through the criminal procedural law relationship and to the effective investigation of the victim in relation to the state
