Abstract

The only source of values is the company itself, only it creates specific criteria of individual morality. It is a fact that individual cultures perceive personal, social and national values differently, accentuating other socially important themes.

The explicit articulation of generally shared values contributes to the targeted development of the community. Typology of individual cultures was based on the work of Richard Lewis and Geert Hofsted.

In his typology, Richard Lewis distinguishes three types of cultures: mono-active, poly-active and reactive. This typology is applicable in the business relationship between the Russians and the Czechs
