Securing and Strengthening of Legal Position in Company Law and Domestic and International Business Relations
Abstract
A team of postgraduate students of the Department of Commercial Law organized the 6th PhD Scientific Conference, which took place on December 8, 2017 in the premises of Faculty of Law, from 9.30 am. Same as last years the ambition of the organizers was to allow PhD students to present their research in the field of corporate law at the plenary. 12 participants presented their lectures.
People from academia, practice and the public also attended the conference as guests.
