Abstract
Multiple sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory demyelinating disease which affect central nervous system. Early treatment is the goal due to high aktivity of imunopathological processes during the begining of this disease.
If a treatment effect is insufficient or missing then escalation therapy is indicated. Optimizing treatment in MS earlier may prevent accumulation of irreversible damage.
