Abstract

Distal involvement in Crohn's disease, which encompasses proctitis, perianal disease (fissura, tag, hemorrhoids, fis-tula, anal ulcer, abscess, absces, strictura and cancer) and anitis. Medical and surgical modalities used to treat.

In medical treatment are used antibiotics, azathioprine and anti-tumor necrosis factors-ɑ. Clinicians should avoid surgery as a first-line approach for skin tags, hemorrhoids or fissures in the setting of proctitis.
