Abstract
The aim of the paper is to draft the methodology for the comprehensive assessment of quality of housing. The emphasis is on indicators, sources, quality of data and methods of evaluation, which can be used in the assessment of the quality of housing.
Based on the experts' investigation it was found out that the most important attributes for the choice of housing are housing price, the presence of medical doctors and schools in the municipality, crime, environment and transport accessibility.
