Abstract
Overview of principles and problems in pharmacotherapy of erectile dysfunction in a clinical praxis. As medicaments of first choice are contemporary used inhibitors of PDE5.
Clinical efficiency of these medicaments is in this indication high and comparable. Some factors of possible failures this medication are discussed in connection with some possible comorbidities.
