Charcoal kilns - small historic memories on charcoal making in our woods. Three examples from Brdy area

Abstract
The article shortly inform about the common problém of charcoal making during new age and refer about results of terrain research of three localities with large ammount of terrain traces of historical charcoal making on Křivoklát hills, Brdy mountains and Radeč highland. On all localities the charcoal making was connected with historical metallurgical workings.
The article inform about the methods of terrain and archive research, comment the results of archeobotanical research of the development of the forests. And specify the knowledges about technology of charcoal making in new age.
