Sport promotional activities group underwent 3 selected tests from the test battery, while coaches of seniors group underwent all 6 motor tests od SFT (sit-stand from the chair, elbow flexion, 2 minute Step test, forward bend test, test of junction of fingers behind the back, gait around the mark) and measurement of height and weight. Both participants of sport promotion action and coaches of seniors were according to expectation fit above average.
Administration of SFT in circle manner of exercises did not bring serious difficulties. However, elbow flex test was often performed incorrectly and synchronization of steps was observed in 2 minute step test.
