Abstract
The main topič of the publication is a shared economy. A number of States, including the Czech Republic, are forced to solve problems and issues related to the shared economy.
The shared economy has major implications for labor law and a number of public law fields, námely administrativě, sociál security law and financial law. These topics are the most represented in the publication.
