Abstract
Ductal adenocarcinoma is the most serious disease in the pancreas. Its incidence is rising globally and almost absolute death rate.
The only possible curative procedure is surgical resection, oncological treatment is only relevant in certain indications, and according to the essential statements it only minimizes the life of patients.
