Flexibility and working time: reflections on proposed amendments of Czech Labour Code

Abstract

The chapter deals with recent proposals to amend the Czech Labour Code to increase flexibility of working time of managerial employees, compares them with legal regulation in other countries (e.g. Slovakia) and proposes measures to increase flexibility of working hours in labour relations in general.
