Spranger or Goltzius? Preparatory studies for the cycle Creation

Abstract

The contribution deals with nine preparatory studies originally attributed to Hendrick Goltzius. After detailed analyse and comparison the author of this contribution came to the conclusion that these drawings are made by the rudolfine master Bartholomeus Spranger
