Use of dog ownership impact in rehabilitation on rise of regular physical activity

Abstract

Physical activity has cardinal influence on quality of life of all humans and therefore it is recommended to increase the physical activity in both primary and secondary prevention of internal civilisation diseases (especially cardiovascular and metabolic), but also in motion disorders prevention. Amount of physical activity is influenced by age, health state, socio - economical status, place of living, education and other.

Ownership of an animal (dog in this particular case) may also have significant impact on physical activity, while regular physical activity is necessary for appropriate care of dog.
