Adult onset Still's disease with focus on differential diagnostics and treatment

Abstract

Adult onset Still's disease is very rare multisystemic inflammatory disease, which is categorised among autoinflammatory syndromes. It affects younger people and its typical symptoms include high fever, salmon-pink rash, athralgia or arthritis, myalgia and pharyngitis symptoms.

Lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly are common as well.
