Implementation of Directive 2013/11 / EU on Alternative Dispute Resolution for consumer disputes in Hungary

Abstract

The article deals with the former arbitration bodies for consumer disputes in Hungary and the implementation measures in accordance with the ADR Directive (draft amendment of Law no. CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection from 31. 3. 2015).

It will be particularly considered how the new regulations promote the cooperation of companies with the ADR entities.
