Abstract

The project aims to develop a new method for cryopreservation of mesenchymal stem cells that could be used in patients to treat large defects in bone reimplantation of total hip arthroplasty. The novelty of the technology is based on hte method of use of cryopreserved mesenchymal stem cells.
