Objectve hermeneutics and its criminalistic significance

Abstract

The article presents the method of objective hermeneutics formed in the 1970s in Germany. In it, the author focuses on its use in criminalistics, accentuating the core of this conception, the sequential analysis.

The significance of objective hermeneutics consists mainly in laying the theoretical foundation in the operational analysis of a case and the offender profiling including a theoretical basis for the creation of criminalistic versions.
