Abstract
The self-efficacy is a crucial concept for understanding of professional satisfaction. It is important to have a reliable measurement.
It should be culture-adapted. For this reason, the self-efficacy scale for the Czech teachers was developed.
The article presents the scale (including 45 items sorted in 7 subscales) and its statistics.
