Abstrakt
A seminar focused on collective management of rights, as a recently harmonized area by the law of the European Union, organized in cooperation with Technische Universität Dresden. The key issues to discuss were royalties negotiation and the role of publishers in collecting societies - both in the point of view from the perspective of the Czech Republic and Germany.
The seminar was attended by both academic workers and practitioners, especially members of Czech and German collective managers and governmental institutions.
