Abstract
The Arbitration proceedings are linked to a number of tax-related aspects, both on the side of the parties themselves as well as on the side of the arbitrators. The article deals with the arbitration fees, attention is then paid to the relationship of the arbitration procedure, resp. the activities of arbitrators, with value added tax and individual income tax.
