Abstract
The article deals with selected problematic areas of criminal libility of the legal successor of a company. The author mainly adresses the issue that under current legislation, criminal liability passes to the legal successor as a strict liability.
He proposes to specify, in the future, criminal consequences of legal succession of companies based on its form and based on knowledge of persons deciding on legal succession in respect to the legal predecessor's criminal activities.
