Abstract
The chapter deals with the contract in favour of a third person and analyzes, whether it is possible to enter in contract in favour of third person every time. On the example of contract for the transportation of person is demonstrated, that this is not possible.
It is necessary to take into account the nature of person transported (it is not possible to transport legal entity) and the way of entering into a contract (shall the contract be entered into by entering the transport vehicle, it is not possible to enter it in favour of third person).
