Shared economy not only in the view of legal regulation of labor relations relationship

Abstract

This paper is focuses on the legal aspects of shared economy - providing services by means of modern technology. The paper is focuses on the assumptions of legal regulation (good law) and conditions of validity of the legal order.

In this context, it indicates the limits of the legal order. On the basis of the conclusions (in the context of the concept of the welfare state) reached, the author deals with the following questions: Is there a need for new legal regulation of the shared economy (providing services by means of modern technology)? What should it look like?
