Actual trends in heritage education and interpretation are presented in the volume of six chapters by authors representing various French and British heritage institutions and charities. Introduction by Tim Copeland is followed by five case studies (by Anne Ruelland, Peter Jamieson, Mark Crosby, Alex Drago) that concern e.g. public participation in heritage management, development of volunteering or evaluation of the effectiveness of the audience learning.
All the case studies were written and translated for the Czech readers
