Abstract
Based on the implementation of the individual phases of the project solution and the creation of the CSR methodology, the methodology "CSR Reporting - Methodology of CSR reporting of companies and organizations and their evaluation" was developed. The methodology has been developed to enable effective reporting of CSR in accordance with domestic rules and internationally recognized standards and is tailored for large companies and separately for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The methodology includes comparison of the novelty of the procedure, description of the methodology, target group of the users of the methodology, individual areas of CSR assessment - economic, employee, social, environmental, CSR management. It also includes the process of creating a CSR report.
The methodology was based on the design of indicators based on current knowledge and experience. In the next phase there was an internal and external comment, in the next stage a revision of the text of the indicators, a verbal description enabling the quantification of the achieved status, the proposal of the metric and the process of its certification.
The methodology was certified by the Czech Quality Company. The methodology was licensed by the Association of Corporate Social Responsibility, o.p.
The methodology was tested on a sample of 8 companies. The Association of Corporate Social Responsibility is the buyer of the methodology.
