In this collection of shorter text Emil Utitz focuses on cultural, philosophical and social issues of the post-war period. Utitz pays special interest to phenomena associated with the Jewish minority.
In this sense, the collections of shorter texts from the period of 1945-1950 can be read as a first attempt to understand the Holocaust.
