The impact of prostate specific antigen density and prostate health index assessment for prediction of prostate cancer in prostate biopsy

Abstract

Calculation of PHID does not improve prediction of PC in PB comparing to more commonly used PSAD, both values are significantly strong predictors. As the weakest parameter seems to be fPSA level.
