Hemodynamically insignificant but high-risk morphology left main stenosis. Revascularization or conservative therapy?

Abstract

The authors describe a case report of a patient with hemodynamically insignificant stenosis of the left coronary artery stem by implanting a coronary stent for a high risk phenotype of the plate. A summary of the findings on access to interventions of hemodynamically insignificant stenoses is presented in the discussion.
